Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the concrete manner for processing of waste in incineration and/or co-incineration facilities on the territory of Montenegro, the conditions to be met by facilities (technical and technological procedures of incineration or co-incineration of the waste stream), the rules aimed to prevent the occurrence and manage the generated waste, including the education and qualification for facility managers and the method for a safe and sustainable duties of burning and/or co-incineration of waste.
