Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the detailed content of the data and concrete appear on the packaging in terms of labelling, instructions for use, standard and additional terms that warn (also standard phrases for safety precautions for the protection of human or animal health or of the environment) of the specific dangers and safety measures for plant protection products.
This text transposes the rules contained in Commission Regulation (EU) No. 547/2011 implementing Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards labelling requirements for plant protection products.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
