Abstract
This Regulation brought the list of foreign and locally absent species of fish and of other aquatic organisms in aquaculture for which the actual consent of the body responsible for nature protection is not required as regards the territory of Montenegro.
These species are: Oncorhynchus mykiss and Cyprinus carpio (see Annex).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in Council Regulation (EC) No 708/2007 of 11 June 2007 concerning use of alien and locally absent species in aquaculture.
