Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner and procedure aimed to correctly establish the system of taking, collecting, and treatment of waste deriving and/or originating from electrical and electronic products (on the territory of Montenegro), and the standards for the work of the system, as well as the annual amount of waste from electrical and electronic producers that has to be processed, treated and recycled.
This Regulation shall apply to the equipment and products listed in the Annex.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
