This Regulation prescribes the manner and procedure aimed to correctly establish the system of taking, collecting, and treatment of waste deriving and/or originating from motor and/or non motorized vehicles (on the territory of Montenegro), and the standards for the work of the established waste collection system, as well as the annual amount of such waste that has to be processed, treated and recycled.
