This Regulation provides the manner and correct procedure for the establishment of the system of taking, collecting and treatment of waste deriving from tires, including the rules governing the collection system, as well as the official annual quantity of waste tires that must be processed, treated and recycled on the territory of Montenegro.
This Regulation applies to waste tires of all sizes and weight, regardless of time, manufacture date or date of the placing on the market.
