Abstract
This Regulation provides the manner and correct procedure for the establishment of the system of taking, collecting and treatment of waste deriving from batteries and accumulators, including the rules governing the collection system on the territory of Montenegro.
The Regulation shall apply to all batteries and accumulators, regardless of their shape, size, weight, composition or use, and the date of placing on the market, as well as on waste batteries and accumulators from waste motor vehicles and waste electrical and electronic equipment.
