Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner and related deadlines for the implementation of appropriate measures aimed at ensuring the preservation, protection and improvement of bathing water quality on the territory of Montenegro.
This text closely defines the topics such as water monitoring calendar; bathing water monitoring; sampling of bathing water; analysis of bathing water samples; assessment of bathing water quality; classification of bathing waters (based on the results of the bathing water quality assessment, bathing water can be classified as "excellent", "good", "satisfactory", "bad"); manner for determining and maintaining the profile of bath water; emergency water quality management measures; cyanobacteria risk; and informing the public about the quality of bathing water.
The Annex (1-4) is also part of this publication (technical sheets on parameters for the assessment of bathing water quality and bathing water quality assessment and classification; administrative reporting forms).
