Regulation on the manner for chemicals trade.

This Regulation sets the manner for proper, safe and controlled trade and sale of chemicals and chemical substances on the territory of Montenegro, as granted and define by the terms of the national Law on chemicals.
This text sets specific safety rules, procedures and handling procedures, including the classification of substances that can be sold, each class with its own hazard class and relative necessary premises in involved facilities.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the classification of chemicals according to their hazard class; related hazardous label indications and pictograms; and sample of the notice on the manner of handling with such chemicals).
