Regulation on the manner of classification, packaging and labelling of chemicals in accordance with globally harmonized UN system.

This Regulation prescribes the method for classification, labelling and packaging of chemicals, in full accordance with the global harmonized system of the United Nations, in terms of compliance with general safety rules.
Chemicals or chemical substances, object of this Regulation, are here classified into different hazard classes or groups, based on their particular chemical properties. Issues here defined are transposing the United Nations recommendations on the transport of dangerous goods.
