Abstract
This Regulation defines specific control/inspection provisions as regards the identification and registration of holdings, present on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro, where sheep and goats are kept and/or bred.
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 15005/2006 of 11 October 2006 implementing Council Regulation (EC) No 21/2004 as regard the minimum level of checks to be carried out in relation to the identification and registration of ovine and caprine animals.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
