Abstract
This Regulation defines specific control/inspection provisions as regards the identification and registration of holdings, present on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro, where bovine animals are kept and/or bred.
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the (Commission Regulation (EC) No 1082/2003 of 23 June 2003 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of the Regulation (EC) No 1760/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the minimum level of controls to be carried out in the framework of the system for the identification and registration of bovine animals.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
