Abstract
This Regulation establishes the manner and sets the necessary contents of the risk assessment evaluation procedure and report in relation to the potential risks related to the entrance on the territory of Montenegro and its ecosystem of foreign or alien species of wild animals, plants and mushrooms.
This text sets the rules aimed at controlling the effective impact of such wild species on the local ecosystem and its genetic and habitat characteristics.
The provisions of this Regulation are not meant for the possible introduction of genetically modified organisms, that is regulated by other specific legislation.
