Abstract
This Regulation determines the manner for declaring and labelling of olive oil.
All olive oil that is placed on the market has to be declared and labeled. When labelling the table olive oil, the information should be clearly and indelibly marked in order to indicate the proper oil category (4 different categories, see the list of paragraph 1 of the article 2).
Mandatory data for labelling of olive oil is listed in article 2. Article 3 provides for optional data or information that can be stated among other mandatory labels.
