Abstract
This Law regulates the processing and marketing of olives and olive oil, as well as other issues of importance for the development of olive growing sector in Montenegro.
As defined by this Law, the olives and olive oil are issues of general interest, that enjoy special protection and represent an important national wealth.
The Law is divided into VII Chapters and 24 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
