Abstract
This Regulation sets/adopts the rules as regards the necessary issuance of certificates (certificates of animal/food origin, certificates of performed veterinary inspections/checks) for consignments of animals and products of animal origin that are intended for international trade (export from the Republic of Montenegro).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Directive 96/93/EC of 17 December 1996 on the issuance of certifications for animals and animal products; Directive on veterinary checks within the Community with the aim of establishment of the internal market no. 89/662/EEC; and Directive on veterinary and zootechnical inspections 90/425 / EEC.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
