Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary procedure for data or record keeping as regards the chemicals and related issued permits for free circulation of dangerous goods of chemicals, including the data on imported or exported quantities of chemicals.
These records on chemicals are kept in both electronic and written form, see articles 2, 3 and 4 for detailed instructions.
The Annex is also part of this publication (administrative forms for data collection and reporting as indicated in articles 2, 3 and 4).
