This Regulation prescribes the manner of keeping the register of protected designations of origin and geographical indications of wine and other grape products. This text further specifies the manner to apply for protected designations of origin and geographical indications and verification of compliance with relevant specifications. This Regulation applies to wine, liqueur wine, sparkling wine, quality sparkling wine, quality aromatic sparkling wine, pearl wine, aerated pearl wine, dried wine grapes, wine from overripe grapes and partially fermented wine must.
