Regulation on the manner of marking cultural property and the appearance and content of the protection sign.

This Regulation prescribes the manner for marking the sites that hat are classified as national cultural property, or for sites that have objects or parts of recognized national cultural property and heritage.
This Regulation further determines the physical appearance and necessary contents to be met by signs or marks that shall be affixed on related cultural properties, present on the territory of Montenegro and already recognized as such.
The marking of immovable cultural property is done by affixing the sign or trademark to cultural property (sign indicating “Cultural Property”), or to its part with cultural and historical entity, on site or area, or in the immediate vicinity of the cultural property, in a manner that shall not affect its integrity, physical and natural characteristics and properties.
