Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary measures and rules aimed at preventing, suppressing and eradicating the anthrax animal disease as regards the animals (cattle, sheep, goats and equidae) on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
These rules shall apply when one (or more suspected) farm animal is infected, after mandatory laboratory tests and analysis/sampling (veterinary inspection).
Some of the rules here stipulated are also related to the treatment of dead animal carcasses; specific slaughter prohibitions; vaccination; zoning of the infected zone/area; prohibition as regards the sale of some animal products; and other veterinary-sanitary procedures.
