Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the measures (also vaccination) aimed to prevent the occurrence, to detect, suppress to eradicate the infectious animal disease called the foot-and-mouth disease (sanitary and veterinary issues regarding both live and dead animal health status), and sets the rules for the necessary zoning.
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Council Directive 2003/85/EC on Community measures for the control of food-mouth disease.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
