Abstract
This Regulation hereby sets/adopts the necessary measures for the prevention, detection, suppression and eradication of classical swine fever, in both domestic/farm pigs and wild boars (including vaccination and epizootiological examination issues).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Council Directive 2001/89/EC on Community measures for the control of classical swine fever; and Directive 2002/106/EC approving the Diagnostic Manual establishing diagnostic procedures, sampling methods and criteria for evaluation of the laboratory tests for the confirmation of classical swine fever.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 7 paragraph 2, article 17 paragraph 3, article 19 paragraph 11 and article 20 paragraph 3 and 4 which will enter into force upon the Montenegrin accession into the European Union.
