Abstract
This Regulation defines the adoption and implementation of measures to be observed if the scientific and technical knowledge are able to determine the certain/specific plant nutrition products can pose a concrete risk to human health, animals, plants and to the environment generally.
This Regulation provides for the following measures: temporary or permanent ban on the production and placing on the market of specific products; and/or the specific conditions for production, distribution and use of plant nutrition products, which represent a potential risk to human health, animals, plants and environment
