Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules and conditions aimed to define the correct method for packaging and removal of asbestos-containing waste on the territory of Montenegro.
Waste containing asbestos is waste containing raw asbestos, free-asbestos fibers or asbestos dust in sediments and dust resulting from the emission of asbestos in the air when working with asbestos or work with materials or products containing asbestos, as well as waste which surface is contaminated with asbestos fibers.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
