Abstract
This Regulation provides for all necessary methods and contents to be used when preparing the official reports on the safety (safety data reports) of chemicals on the territory of Montenegro.
The rules provided by this Regulation contains measures aimed to reduce the concrete risk when controlling chemicals; aimed to determine the assessment of risks to human health; provide evaluation of physical and chemical hazards; determine the assessment of risks to the natural environment; provide the mandatory evaluation of PBT (persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic) and properties containing vPvB (very persistent and very bioaccumulative substances).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
