Regulation on the methodology for data collecting for the system of agricultural holding accounting.

This Regulation provides for the methodology to be used when collecting data to be delivered and inserted to the national agricultural holdings accounting system, here denominated as FADN.
This text defines the necessary contents of the research plan, the manner of work of national bodies in charge of such tasks, rules for operation of the coordination team for the organization and implementation of FADN related research and data entry, and methods of submitting of that data to the European Commission.
The data collected in FADN will be used only in cumulative form for scientific and other research in agricultural field.
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009 of 30 November 2009 setting up a network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings in the European Community; and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/220 of 3 February 2015 laying down rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009 setting up a network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings in the European Union.
