Abstract
This Regulation sets/adopts the necessary methods for the correct and secure analysis and monitoring (inspection controls) over the effective presence/quantity of residues in animals and of animal origin products.
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Commission Decision 2002/657 of 14 August 2002 on the implementation of the Directive 96/23/EC on the performance of analytical methods and interpreting results.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
