Abstract
This Regulation defines the correct manner for the performance of the official sampling of food and foodstuff in order to control the effective presence and/or level of presence of mycotoxins (official controls and laboratory tests, food safety issues).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 401/2006 of 23 February 2006 on the establishment of methods of sampling and analysis for official controls over the levels of mycotoxins in foods.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
