Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the necessary methods (including the administrative forms, data collection issues, and other technical-procedural rules) for testing (here denominated as DUS testing) over the effective diversity, uniformity and stability of a specific new plant variety that was chosen for such tests (in order to enter into the List of newly recognized plant varieties).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
