Abstract
This Regulation defines the microbiological criteria on allowed types and quantities of microorganisms, bacterial issues (toxins and histamine) on dangerous residues, health issues also related to the food and microbiological criteria, including all hygiene processes, methods of determination and assessment.
This Regulation shall apply (on the territory of Montenegro ) to meat and meat products, milk and milk products, egg products, fish, other aquatic animals and products from them, vegetables, fruits and products deriving from them at all stages of production and trade, including the rules regarding the food that has no concrete microbiological criteria already prescribed.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
