Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the minimum energy efficiency requirements for buildings, the permitted values of annual specific energy consumption in accordance with the type and purpose of buildings, the types of buildings to which the minimum energy efficiency requirements do not apply in accordance with their purpose, and the methodology for calculating the energy performance of buildings. A building, within the meaning of this text, is a permanent structure that has a roof and external walls, built as an independent functional unit that provides protection from weather and other external influences, and is intended for housing, performing activities or for housing and keeping animals, goods and equipment for production and service activities, and in which energy is used for conditioning. A building can be: residential, residential-commercial and commercial. Full set of technical sheets and indication lists/parameters are given in the Annex of this text.
