Abstract
This Regulation defines the minimum quality requirements for the placing on the market, production, processing and labelling of fruit jams, jellies, marmalades and sweetened chestnut puree in terms of food safety and composition.
This Regulation adopts the principles contained in Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
