Regulation of the olive oil register and olive oil producer register.

This Regulation sets the manner and the necessary official administrative forms and sheets as regards the registration of oil producers engaged in olive cultivation, production, processing and similar on the territory of Montenegro.
The registration object of this text, that will be kept in electronic form, has be done on the basis of the request of legal or natural person that produces olives, for the purpose of production of olive oil or placing of olives on the market in bulk.
These registration issues are also aimed for olive production sites or facilities, olive origin registration, quantity of purchased olive oil and quantity of olive oil that is produced. The entry into the Register of Olive producers or cultivators is indicated and defined in the article 2; records on oil harvest are defined in article 3; entry into the register of olive oil producers (in article 4); records on the production of olive oil (in article 5).
