Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on provision of healthy water for human use, prescribes parameters and their values, verification compliance, methods, manner and scope of analysis of health safety of water for human use, as well as the detailed content, manner and scope of implementation of water monitoring, location and method of sampling, sampling frequency, methods for parameter analysis and other issues of importance for conducting related monitoring tasks. The parameters of water health are microbiological, physico-chemical and indicator (microbiological and physico-chemical). Parameters and their values - maximum allowed concentrations are given in Annex 1 which is part of this publication. This text transposes the Council Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption.
