Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on plant health protection, prescribes phytosanitary measures to prevent introduction and spread, detection and eradication of Xylella fastidiosa (Wells et al.) and its subspecies on certain plants and the boundaries of the area if the harmful organism is present or if there is a risk of its presence. This text transposes the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1191 establishing measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Tomato brown rugose fruit virus and repealing Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1615. The Annex is part of this publication (sampling and testing of seeds and plants for planting solanum lycopersicum l. and capsicum spp).
