Abstract
This Regulation determines the precautionary measures regarding the plant protection products, aimed to reduce the risk for human health, animal health, plant health and more generally for the environment (temporary or permanent ban on production and placing on the market for certain products).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the article 2 (paragraph 3) of the Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 on the establishment of a Community framework for the achievement of sustainable use of pesticides.
