Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the correct manner and procedure establishing the official system of taking, collecting and treatment of waste packaging and related activities on the territory of Montenegro.
This Regulation shall apply to packaging placed on the market and packaging waste arising in industry, handicrafts, trade, service and other industries and households, as well as the items that have the characteristics of packaging.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
