Abstract
This Regulation provides for all necessary information aimed to determine the correct and mandatory procedures for prior notification (PIC); and procedures for the issuance of permits based on prior notification for export of chemicals.
Export of chemicals is also under the administrative responsibility of authority responsible for environmental protection (Agency) which delivers the notifications to the country which imports the chemicals.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
