Abstract
This Regulation establishes the rules defining the terms and contents of the official Programme for specialized course (education, professional course) for those responsible for the procurement, transport, accommodation, storage and issuance of plant protection products and for people who professionally use the plant protection products (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro).
This text transposes the rules contained in the article 5 of Chapter 2; and Annex I and II of Directive 2009/128/EC of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for Community action for achieving the sustainable use of pesticides.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
