Abstract
This Regulation officially establishes the contents of the Programme for monitoring of certain food contaminants in foods/foodstuff of non-animal origin (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro), as regards the programmed period for the year 2017.
The above mentioned Programme is made in accordance with the rules and requirements stipulated by the Commission Regulation (EC) 669/2009 of 24 July 2009 and the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1235/2012 from 19 December 2012, which prescribes the rules for the implementation of an increased number of official controls on certain food and feed of non-animal origin when importing, also defined by the provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004.
