Abstract
This Regulation establishes and defines the exact content of the national programme of phytosanitary measures (updated on 2014), regarding the following: exercise of public interest for plant health; safety of food of plant origin; GMO; seeds material of agricultural plants; plant protection products, as well as laboratory testing for holders of activities in these related sectors on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
