Regulation prohibiting the import and transit of birds and livestock and their products for the purpose of preventing the introduction of Newcastle disease.

This Regulation, in order to prevent the introduction of the Newcastle disease (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro) hereby sets the bans as regards the introduction from the Republic of Bulgaria (also transport, transit) of various live animals such as birds, poultry, and many materials and/or products deriving from such animals, including meat, game trophies, eggs, and other foodstuff as listed in the text.
