Regulation on quality, labelling, packaging and presentation of wine and other grape products.

This Regulation prescribes the quality standards for wine and other similar grape products, including the issues on analysis and reporting on physico-chemical properties of wine, further setting the correct manner of sampling, organoleptic wine evaluation (for both geographic origin marked and not marked wine types).
This text further determines all necessary labelling, packaging and wine presentation provisions, and sets the amount of compensation for organoleptic evaluation of the same.
This Regulation applies to what here is defined as wine, young wine in fermentation, liqueur wine, sparkling wine, quality sparkling wine, quality aromatic sparkling wine, pearl wine, aerated semi-sparkling wine, wine of dried grapes, wine of overlooked grapes, partially fermented wine products, partially fermented extract of dried grapes, concentrated wider and rectified concentrated wider.
