Abstract
This Regulation provides for: necessary technical and administrative requirements for the production and placing on the market of animal feed/feedingstuff for live animals with special nutritional needs (feed containing special mixtures, active substances, vitamins and/or similar); offences and consequential penalties for the non-compliance with rules here stipulated.
This Regulation contains the provisions adopted from the Commission Directive 2008/38/EC of 5 March 2008 establishing a list of intended uses of animal feedingstuffs for particular nutritional purposes.
The Annex is an integral part of this publication.
