Regulation on restrictions in terms of interventions in spaces which can change the living conditions of wildlife.

This Regulation defines the conditions and limitations for spatial-equipment interventions in spaces that can fundamentally change the living conditions of animals (such as construction of public roads and other structures and facilities in a manner aimed to minimize the negative effect on the paths of migratory species of wild animals and to ensure the safe crossing of wild animals; special technical and technological solutions like ecological bridges aimed to ensure the smooth and safe crossing of wild animals).
