Regulation on the rules regarding the Central Registry of registered or approved facilities for the production, processing and distribution of food or feed for animals.

This Regulation sets the necessary criteria (in administrative, documental and technical way) for correct management of the Central Registry of registered or approved facilities for the production, processing and distribution of food or feed for animals (present on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Regulation no. 141/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 February 2007 on the conditions for approving the facilities in the food business that produce or place on the market additives of animal feed category of coccidiostats and histomonostats and provisions of the article 10 and 19 and Annex IV and Annex V of the Regulation No. 183/2005 of 12 January 2005 on the determination of the application in terms of food hygiene.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
