Abstract
This Regulation determines the rules as regards the sale of timber or wood assortments on the Bakovići stock, obtained by cutting the stables of the route power line, in the regional unit called Kolašin, territory of Montenegro.
Sale of timber assortments will be carried out successively, through an auction based on a public invitation. The Forest Administration is obliged to publish a public call and form a commission of three members for the correct conduction of the sale procedure.
These rules and starting prices or tariffs that are also here listed, are based on the principle that takes into account the type of wood, classes and quality of wood assortments.
