Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner of preparation of the plan for the management of equipment and waste containing PCBs on the territory of Montenegro, including the the manner and procedure of record keeping, marking of the decontaminated equipment, additional methods and procedures of processing equipment and waste containing PCBs and decontamination of equipment and quantities of PCBs in equipment.
PCB is every material and/or substance containing and/or deriving from polychlorinated biphenyls, polychlorinated terphenyls, monometiltetra-hlorodifenil methane monometildihlorodifenil, methane monometildibromodifenil, and other mixtures that contain any of these substances in quantities greater than 0.005% (compared to weight of the compound in which they are located).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
