Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the correct manner and procedure for the necessary treatment of waste oils, also in accordance with the technical and technological conditions for processing of waste oils.
This Regulation will apply to all types of mineral and synthetic waste oils regardless of the place and/or manner of their production/creation.
