Abstract
This Regulation defines the types of mineral (inorganic) fertilizers, the conditions for ammonium nitrate fertilizers (with high nitrogen concentration) in terms of characteristics, limit values, as well as methods for checking compliance with the limit values, resistance to detonation, characteristics and other requirements for the production of fertilizers, including the detailed content of the declaration, method of labelling and packaging of fertilizers in transport, methods of testing and sampling aimed to determine the effective characteristics of fertilizers and maximum tolerances deviations.
This text transposes the rules contained in the Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 related to the fertilisers.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
